Sport Achievements
McAuley Primary School continues to “strive for excellence” in all areas and sport is no exception. For the past five years the school has been entering various competitions including football, cricket, track & field, net ball and basket ball. In 2004 the school employed a coach to work in the Physical Education Department.
In 2005 the school participated in the Scotia Bank Kiddies Cricket Competition and in 2007 was awarded the Most Improved School in football. During that year, our cricketers gained 3rd place in the overall parish competition. The school has been performing satisfactorily since that time.

2005 – 4th Place in the INSPORT St. Catherine Football Association Competition.

Track & Field
In 2006 Melisa Williams, a Grade Six student at this school was awarded gold medal in the Primary School Championship. She also represented the country in St. Lucia at the Caribbean Union of Teachers Track and Field competition where she placed 4th in the 100 metre and 3rd in the 4x100 metre relay. This year one representative was sent to the JTA District Association Meet.
Netball
McAuley participated in the Insport Netball competition in 2004, where they were placed third in their group.
In 2008 McAuley is presently playing in this year competition under the guidance of Miss. Hamilton
